“ Best Thai food we have ever had. Consistent delicious authentic food abs always great service. ”
“ Fast, friendly service. We had two tasty curries at very reasonable lunch prices. Nice atmosphere. ”
“ Delicious Thai food in midtown - Siam Rolls were crispy and served piping hot. Definitely recommend them. The Panang curry had great flavor, i personally would have liked a little more heat - will plan to ask next time. Very Good food, reasonable prices. Service was pretty slow, but they were pretty busy - and looked like only 2 workers handling the whole front of house. So i give them kudos for doing their best. ”
“ On a cold rainy night we Wanger Thai and tried this restaurant we have eaten before with great pad Thai. We orders the tom kha gai soup which was nice Pad see euw with shrimp very good We wanted ordinary Thai eggplant but the tad prik was too sweet and fried. So avoid ”
“ Go for the lunch special. The Gai Yang is the best thing on the menu and has the most return on your investment. It's half of a delicious, seasoned, and spiced (but not spicy) rotisserie chicken with a mountain of white rice and a cucumber salad for $9. It comes with a fantastic side sauce. Quantity and quality in one dish at an ethnic restaurant with lovely Thai decoration and vibes in the busiest area in the world - winning! Service is very fast - in and out without feeling rushed - grateful for that! If there's a line, don't be discouraged. We were seated within a couple minutes during rush hour. Try to be seated upstairs, because there are gold statues and more interesting art on the walls. If they don't seat you upstairs, go take a look around anyway. ”
“ Good service Food was tasty I really like the pork crispy dish We ordered around 4-5 dish with rice Family style $16 per person, for 5 people. Have clean toilets! It was right across a hotel thing And it was POURING ”
“ 3.75 Stars but rounding up to 4! I've been coming to Pongsri for years! The menu hasn't changed too much through the years, but the menu is HUGE! Something for everyone. The menu has full descriptions of each dish, which is super helpful. It all depends on what you're in the mood for. But choose wisely! Yes, some items are not as authentic as they could be, and geared towards tourists (we are, after all, right smack in the middle of tourists city!). But, having said that, I still enjoy coming to Pongsri on occasion; mostly when I'm in the area for a quick pre-theatre dinner. Service and hospitality are àlways friendly, acommodating and fast! Note: when the downstairs dining room fills up, they open the upstairs dining room, so there's never a really long wait for a table. ”
